My background is as a director in a large corporate company. When we are looking to find a new strategy for a project we take the time to review what success looks like and if there are other people who have already successfully achieved what we want to achieve. It’s called modelling.

I’m going to teach you how to do it today!

If you look at your weight loss as a project or ‘job’ how could you approach it differently? Who could you ‘model’ who naturally has the habits and behaviours you want to adopt to create that version of you that you want to achieve?

That’s one approach to modelling which works really well but it’s not as effective as this one. Your personal approach in reverse!

his strategy might sound a little insane but there is a method in the madness. Trust me!  

What I realised is that many of my clients had become experts at losing and gaining weight but the missing part of the puzzle for them was understanding how to keep the weight off. They had a strategy for losing and gaining weight but not an effective one for really sustaining their weight loss.

If you want to change something long term you need to change the environment that is creating those results. To get a different outcome you need to take a different approach.
